JSP-Sales Development Manager
Develop sales strategy for differenct city types and channels to implement the winning solution.
Assist to develop future RTM model and trading terms in line with company strategy
Drive sales force effectiveness, efficiency and discipline objectives by effective use of the modern management tools (eDMS, Mobile Management).
Arrange and /or deliver face to face internal training to sales team and DSR to improve the professionalism, including training material development
Manage nationwide DSR team for better ROI and lowest HR risks, improve DSR sales productivity and in call compliance through more strategic operational methods
Improve promotion effectiveness
More than 10 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field sales,distribution and penetration
Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
Rich experience in route to market including sub-d network and wholesales management
Deep understand the order to cash process and system work flow
Recruitment Expert with results oriented
Career Evaluation Consultant using VCP test
Corporate Trainer focus on the core competitiveness
